I’m a Registered Social Worker providing individual counselling services in Ottawa, Ontario. I have extensive experience working in the mental health field and I’m committed to increasing awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

I work primarily with adults. Through counselling, I strive to help people view their situation with self-compassion, connect to their resiliency, and enhance their coping skills. I work with the understanding that individual issues arise in the context of greater social structures.
